Joe Lampe, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Joe Lampe began his career in the Business Banking Group at Wells Fargo Bank in 1990, and later joined Bay Area Development Company in January of 1995 where he became the driving force at Bay Area Development for nearly 30 years. Known for his determination and motivation, Joe is passionate about delivering the best financing solutions to every customer. When not assisting customers, Joe and his wife enjoy watching the development of his sons, one pursuing a career with the Cleveland Guardians baseball organization and one in the medical field. A graduate from Saint Mary’s College of California, Lampe also enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends.

Fletcher Chang, Senior Vice President, Credit Manager/Underwriter
With an impressive 21-year career in the SBA 504 industry, Fletcher Chang’s extensive experience includes 15 years at Bay Area Development Company and 6 years at TMC Development in San Francisco. Fletcher started his financial career at Bank of Hawaii in Honolulu and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Born and raised in Honolulu, Chang enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children and traveling internationally. He is also an avid baseball and college football fan.

Michael Lampe, Vice President, Underwriter
With 11 years of SBA 504 industry, packaging, processing, and underwriting experience, Michael Lampe has worked as a Loan Analyst and Business Development Associate where he focused on servicing small business clients throughout Northern California. Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys golfing, water skiing, and most weekends are spent heading to the mountains and lakes with family or friends.
